What ziv is
ziv is the system of record for a customer's software delivery. It holds, in one place:
- Requirements and specifications, on the customer's own taxonomies.
- The work breakdown, with live status.
- Questions to decision-makers, human or AI, and their answers.
- The decision ledger: what was decided, by whom, and why.
- Gates, with an autonomy level that people set.
- Evidence and trace for the work and its checks.
Alongside the record comes a process template: a versioned policy pack for how the work is done. Engineering teams work with ziv from their own development tools, through one contract; everyone else uses the web app.
