Terms of Use

Effective date: 6 November 2026

About these terms

These terms apply to this website and to the ziv service operated by JetUp Inc. (“JetUp”, “we”, “us”). By using the website or the service, you agree to them. If you use the service on behalf of an organization, you agree to them for that organization.

Where your organization has a pilot agreement or other contract with JetUp Inc. for ziv, that contract governs your organization’s use of the service. If it conflicts with these terms, the contract applies.

The website

The website describes ziv and how to contact us. You may view it and share links to it. Its content is provided for general information only.

The pilot service

ziv is currently available only as an invite-only pilot. Access is by invitation from JetUp Inc. or from an organization already using ziv; you can request access at hello@zivhub.com. The pilot is an early version of the service: features may change, be added or be removed, and the service may be unavailable at times.

You sign in with a Microsoft or Google account. Keep your account secure and tell us at once if you believe someone else has used it. You are responsible for what is done through your account.

Acceptable use

You must not:

Your content

Your organization keeps all rights in the content it puts into ziv. You give us permission to store, process and display that content only as needed to provide the service to your organization. How we handle personal data is described in our Privacy Policy.

Our intellectual property

The website, the ziv service, the ziv name and logo, and the software behind them belong to JetUp Inc. or its licensors. These terms do not give you any right to use them other than to use the website and the service as these terms allow.

Suspension and termination

We may suspend or end your access to the pilot service at any time, including if you breach these terms, if your organization’s pilot ends, or if we need to protect the service or other users. You may stop using the service at any time. Your organization’s contract, where one exists, sets out what happens to its content when its access ends.

No warranty

The website and the service are provided “as is” and “as available”. To the fullest extent the law allows, JetUp Inc. makes no warranties of any kind, express or implied, including warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, non-infringement, or that the service will be uninterrupted or error-free.

Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent the law allows, JetUp Inc. will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, or for any loss of profits, revenue, data or goodwill, arising from or related to the website or the service, even if we were told such damages were possible. To the same extent, our total liability for any claim arising from or related to the website or the service is limited to the greater of the amounts you paid us for the service in the 12 months before the claim, or US$100. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, USA.

Changes to these terms

We may update these terms. When we do, we will publish the new version on this page with a new effective date. Continuing to use the website or the service after a change means you accept the updated terms.
